GF & DF Chicken Bacon Ranch
Ingredients:
- 2.5 lbs shredded chicken. (In the summer I grill and chop, but for cooler weather I use the instant pot.) For instant pot, place chicken in pot and drizzle with olive oil. Use the poultry setting and set to 40 minutes.
- 1 Bottle Tessemae Creamy Ranch dressing.
- 1 Bunch of chopped green onions.
- 1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes halved.
- 10 slices of cooked and chopped bacon or if using thick bacon you can use 7-8 slices.
Instructions:
- Cook your chicken per your preferred method and shred.
- Add about 1/2 of each ingredient to a large mixing bowl and combine until ranch has covered all ingredients.
- Add remaining ingredients and the rest of the ranch and combine. * I combine twice just to make it easier to get everything covered with the ranch. *
