GF + DF Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- Chicken (3 to 4 chicken breasts)
- Green Beans (Preferably frozen)
- Lentil pasta ( I opt for Rotini or Penne)
- Tessemae Buffalo Sauce
- Salt
Instructions:
- Cook chicken however desired (Instant Pot, grilled, sauteed). I love the taste of grilled chicken, so I usually brush olive oil and salt on my chicken and grill.
- Meanwhile, cook lentil noodles and steam green beans.
- Once cooked, combine lentil noodles and green beans and add buffalo sauce. This amount will vary depending on how spicy you like it. We like the spicy around here, so we add a good amount of sauce.
- Once chicken is cooked, chop, add, and mix all together.
- Enjoy!
