Gluten Free & Dairy Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup Dairy Free chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
- Add chocolate chips and stir.
- Use a cookie scoop or form cookie dough into small balls.
- Use parchment paper and arrange cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-11 minutes. Cookies will be soft.
- Allow them to cool for 5 minutes or if you are like me you won’t and your cookie will be warm and crumbly…but delicious!
